Hell no, small fry - I'm winning a puppy tonight.

[ grabbing and loading her cork shotgun after she totally drops that soda on the ground, with all the determination of a girl who really shouldn't be that comfortable with a gun... ]

[Yosuke by now has won his own puppy and is bandaged up from the deep cuts the onryo gave him. He scowls at the girl as she drops his drink - he had just been trying to adjust his grip on the wiggling bundle in her arms so that it wasn't noises at his tender laceration. Thank god for Susano-O.]

Have fun getting hurt, then?

You get those from losing? Think of a name yet?

[ aiming her gun ever so carefully... ]

[The sheeb noses at Yosuke's jaw. He grunts, then figures she went into the booth already.]

Don't try to lose!

[painsaw]

If it gets me a puppy, I don't mind. Unlimited life-ups, here.

[ so she'll set off the first cork, missing completely. the sound of the cork hitting the tin backdrop is pretty loud. ]

[Yosuke winces. She'll be feeling the arms of the onryo wrapping around her soon... He almost wants to put his face into the shiba until it's done.

At least he can heal her... and maybe make her get him another soda.]

[painsaw]

...-hellooo? Did you leave? Jeez, what a jerk...

[ it is hard to hear in here though... hm. she aims another cork just as she feels something slipping behind her. she'll turn around immediately, cork gun dropped as her chainsaw is in her hands. ]

[jigoku_onryo]

[The heavy, wet breath against her ear and the cold, clammy arms around her waist restrict her movement. She'll barely be able to half turn.]

[painsaw]

Get-the-fuck-off-me--

[ her voice is low, almost like a threatened animal. she turns on the chainsaw, trying to lift it over her head to attack the ghost. ]

[jigoku_onryo]

[The ghost's loving caress suddenly turns to a violent grab. Dirty, broken nails scrape over the skin of Urotsuki's stomach. They're sharp and the drag is hard and long, easily slicing the skin open.]

[andallforone]

[He has no idea what's going on - but he hasn't heard a shot in a while.]

Uh - Urotsuki-chan? Urostuki?! Please shoot the damn gun?!

[The shiba inu in his arms whimpers and tries to hide.]

[painsaw]

[ a yelp of pain - it was hot and that was blood- she tries wildly to smash the whirring blades of her chainsaw into the creatures hands now that they're at her stomach. ]

Don't touch me.

[andallforone]

SHOOT THE DAMN GUN, UROSTSUKI!

[The puppy yipes at the loud noise.]

[painsaw]

[ she doesn't - its the wild swinging that eventually makes her drop the gun and pop one of the caps forward. it slams into the bottom of a target and bounces off to hit the wall with a loud crack. ]

[andallforone]

Okay, good! Now do it again, dammit!

[He keeps a firm hold of the puppy and leans forward, as close as he can.] Whatever that other thing is - stop it!

[painsaw]

[ when nothing else happens, she finally can hear Yosuke shouting at her, and just... stands there. the whirring of her chainsaw stops, and she grips that cork gun again, staring straight ahead with wide eyes.

aim...aim... her hands are shaking, she shoots again. ]

[jigoku_onryo]

[The onryo claws at her stomach, barely even reacting as the chainsaw got nearer and near. All it did was tear and scratch at her flesh and breath its stinking, foul breath into her ear.

But then the final shot is fired, and the onryo melts away like falling snow. There's nothing else - only that.

After a moment, the stall vendor passes Urotsuki a basket.]

Ooooh, you failed! Hard luck, no red tape for you! But here's your consolation prize.

[andallforone]

Go, Susano-O! [Yosuke smashed the card with the edge of his kunai and then darts into the booth. Susano-O materializes, passing through the confined space like it's nothing, and casts diarama on Urotsuki. The clawed wound on her stomach should be better after the spell, and the Persona fades.]

Jeez, Urotsuki-san, are you okay?

[painsaw]

[ she doesn't say much of anything, just standing vacantly at the basket in her left hand, her chainsaw held limply in her right. ]

[andallforone]

Dammit... [He really doesn't want to cast the spell again. The stall vendor is looking at him with an expression of hunger that his shadowed features can't hide.]

Are you okay?

[painsaw]

Yeah, it's not bleeding anymore.

[ she's still staring at the basket blankly, before suddenly her chainsaw is gone, and she devotes her full attention to it. when whatever is under the blanket starts to wiggle around she'll pull back the blanket and look at the little peachy shiba inu nomming on the side of the blanket as she tries to tug it away. ]

[andallforone]

[Yosuke's own shiba, now tucked into his coat, barks excitedly at seeing its litter mate. He just sighs with relief.]

Thank God... come on, let's get outta here.

[painsaw]

[ yip yap!! trying to get out of his basket to get to his brother. Urotsuki just hoists him out of the basket and holds him up by his butt while he places his paws on her shoulder, and his little back paws on her arm to stand up. he tries to eat her bangs and snuffles at her ear. he then sneezes. ]

Did you heal it?

[andallforone]

[Omg brother brother brother brother Yosuke's shiba wriggles in his jacket, but he supports it with his arm to keep it from falling out.]

What - oh, you? Yeah... yeah I did, it happened to me too.

[painsaw]

Yeah? Got any hot scars?

[ she's not even looking at him as she walks out of the booth, letting her puppy continue to try and eat her hair like its the most delicious thing in the world. ]
