[ she doesn't say much of anything, just standing vacantly at the basket in her left hand, her chainsaw held limply in her right. ]

[andallforone]

Dammit... [He really doesn't want to cast the spell again. The stall vendor is looking at him with an expression of hunger that his shadowed features can't hide.]

Are you okay?

[painsaw]

Yeah, it's not bleeding anymore.

[ she's still staring at the basket blankly, before suddenly her chainsaw is gone, and she devotes her full attention to it. when whatever is under the blanket starts to wiggle around she'll pull back the blanket and look at the little peachy shiba inu nomming on the side of the blanket as she tries to tug it away. ]

[andallforone]

[Yosuke's own shiba, now tucked into his coat, barks excitedly at seeing its litter mate. He just sighs with relief.]

Thank God... come on, let's get outta here.

[painsaw]

[ yip yap!! trying to get out of his basket to get to his brother. Urotsuki just hoists him out of the basket and holds him up by his butt while he places his paws on her shoulder, and his little back paws on her arm to stand up. he tries to eat her bangs and snuffles at her ear. he then sneezes. ]

Did you heal it?

[andallforone]

[Omg brother brother brother brother Yosuke's shiba wriggles in his jacket, but he supports it with his arm to keep it from falling out.]

What - oh, you? Yeah... yeah I did, it happened to me too.

[painsaw]

Yeah? Got any hot scars?

[ she's not even looking at him as she walks out of the booth, letting her puppy continue to try and eat her hair like its the most delicious thing in the world. ]

[andallforone]

[His body stiffens at that - if he wasn't holding the shiba he'd be moving his hand to his shoulder. But then she's walking out and he follows after her after his own puppy whines that it wants to follow.]

Er, I don't know, I didn't check from that. Are you okay?

[painsaw]

Sure.

[ it's a half-assed answer, but she doesn't really seem to have her usual pep or teasing tone. she's spooked and is putting up a front because she doesn't want to talk about it. ]

[andallforone]

... Okay. Hey, come on. Let's go get something to - OW!

[He stumbles, clutching at his head. It's sort of like someone just hit him on the head with a mallet.]

[painsaw]

...? [ when she realizes Yosuke isn't following any more, isn't speaking, and her puppy is causing a fuss - she'll stop and glance back, not really registering what she's looking at for a moment before heading back. ]

What's wrong? Your brain explode?

[andallforone]

I don't know - maybe? [Good GOD that hurts!]

[painsaw]

[ she'll go over and rub his head too. ]

I pray for good luck.

[ he's not a lucky Buddah and that isn't his belly, Urotsuki... ]

[andallforone]

[He looks up at her, squinting, and then he gets what she's doing.

Unfortunately, his shiba is close to his brother and nudges his butt with his nose. It'll be a shiba playfight if they don't separate soon.]

... I'm not a Buddah.

[painsaw]

Whoo-oops. [ she doesn't sound convincing at all, she'll muss up his hair now instead. her shibe tries to bite its brothers ear. ]

[andallforone]

Heh - quit that. [Both to her and to the sheebs. He fwaps her hand away from his hair and then separates their puppies. His head still hurts, but...] Maybe we should grab some juice or something to eat...?

[painsaw]

Oh yeah, I owe you pop, huh.

[ she'll lift her shibe onto her head, letting it squirm about up there with her arms around his tummy. ]

C'mon Hayate, we'll get you some meat.

[andallforone]

[She's pretty resilient... Yosuke's impressed. He still doubts the shock's worn off her though, and he heads to the food stalls again, this time following along behind her.]

Nice name.

I'll need to think of one for my little guy.
