[Eddie has to snort at that. Offering Yosuke a friendly sort of smile. Clearly teasing the teenager when he speaks again.] Alright, kid. You better get a fuckin' ace score, s'all I'm sayin'.

Uh, duh. [He gives the guy a thumbs-up and steps into the booth. It's not so bad until he raises the gun to shoot at the targets. That's when he feels the breath at the back of his neck...]

... Um, dude? Not so close? [Naturally, he assumes it's Eddie, and not some onryo invisible to anyone not in the booth.]

[He snorts faintly at the response, hanging back content to watch Yosuke take his shots.]

Close-? I'm still back here, kid. [In the friendly 'I don't know you, but I'm holding your drink' level of space. Needlessly to say, Eddie is a little less relaxed since something being there is a uncomfortable possibility he can believe.]

[He doesn't doubt it. For one, he can hear that Eddie's voice is some decent distance away. Which means...

He swallows.]

Oh, man...

[He raises the gun in shaking hands and takes a wobbling aim.

The shot is missed by quite a distance.]

Christ. [Eddie forgets about Yosuke's drink, setting it aside to approach Yosuke.] Okay, I'm here, just gonna see what I can do. Just, don't move I guess? Fuck.

[He opts not to use his axe, instead hitting the air around Yosuke's back uncertainly wondering if he'll hit anything.]

[Eddie's hands go straight through the onryo standing close behind Yosuke - though he will come away with a handful of hair and congealed blood for his efforts.

The creature settles its arms around Yosuke's middle.]

O-oh man... [He struggles in the thing's grip, but it doesn't let go. The best thing to do, in his mind, is just shoot the gun as much as he can and get the hell out of there. So he takes his second shot, and misses by an even bigger distance than before.]

Christ sake- [Eddie curses trying to grab at the creature again as he chucks the hair aside once more.] I'm tryin' to get it for you man, just- stay calm.

[jigoku_onryo]

[And the onryo digs its claws into his stomach, slicing through shirt and skin to get to the flesh beneath.]

[Shock shoots through him - but let's be real, dirty claws digging into his stomach isn't the most horrible thing he's ever experienced. His finger was on the trigger for his first shot, and it shoots wildly at the stall.]
