giving you what you want

[ WHO ]: Visi and YOU!
[ WHERE ]: The apartments - your choice of your own, an empty one you were exploring, or the hallways!
[ WHEN ]: 3AM on April 6th
[ OPEN/CLOSED? ]: OPEN!
[ RATING ]: PG for now. Will change if anything happens.
[ WARNINGS ]: DEATH, posthumous dismemberment, gore, uncomfortable descriptions of Fleshchildren.
[ NOTES ]: IF YOU ARE PLAYING A HUMAN FEMALE AND TAG THIS!! Please specify if you want Visi to see you as inhuman or not! She will attempt to kill and take bodyparts otherwise!

[Her head is lying back in her own apartment, the long black locks slowly turning to gold. There is no safe place to contain it right now, and she can only hope it will be all right for her getting back to it.]

[Her entire body is flesh, now. She is not wearing her shift. The only thing she has with her is her butcher's knife, held securely in the flesh at the end of her arm. She hasn't quite got the hang of hands just yet, but she's getting close.]

[Up and down the corridors she goes, her feet making little sticking sounds as she walks. Every so often, she'll stop, listen, and then collapse into a puddle and attempt to slither under the door of an apartment.]

[Maybe you've just seen her do this. Or maybe you'll wake up to find her staring down at you while you sleep.]

[Who knows.]

Uh-huh. [ Her smile is quite visibly strained. ] Tell him to take his time. Or— or, why don't we all go out to the diner, get to know each other over breakfast? Before the. Thing occurs.

[ Help me. :( ]

Okay, then, uh. Call your brother. I'm just— you're thirsty, right? I'll get you some water.

[ DUCKING INTO THE KITCHENETTE NOW BECAUSE HOLY CRAP. ]

[ Saki doesn't even begin to keep her word of getting Visi some water. The door isn't fully barricading; it swings from both sides, and would be pretty meager protection. Tugging at both the stove and the fridge finds them abnormally grafted to the wall, and for a moment, Saki can't help but feel like the entire apartment is laughing at her — a thought that causes her face to grow hot, blinking rapidly against the threat of tears, this little girl is going to kill me

Think, think, think, she tells herself, forcing the emotion to subside for reason. Tackling Visi to the ground is out of the question, so is running out of the room: both the knife and the hallway are threats in themselves, and what would happen if the brother suddenly showed up?

Pulling out her phone, she scans through the entire contact list with a small, despairing sigh before ferrying a quick text off to Rin (stay in your room until i tell you otherwise no matter what!!!).

When a few minutes pass and no spark of genius striking her, Saki opens a cupboard, pulls out a glass and drops it on the floor. Calling to Visi:
] Sorry, just hold on another second, okay?

[ ... ]

Yeah, I cut my hand open. I don't think my arms are going to be any good for you now.

[ Without hesitating, she picks up one of the larger pieces of glasses and draws the jagged edge across her palm, ensuring the cut is deep and lasting. ]

"Salutations, Visi. Do you have need of your head?"

"Yes. That seems to be the best course of action. I can help you hold her down, if you would like."

[ Visi's side of the conversation is perfectly audible through the door and Saki very nearly throws her hands up in frustration. Panic wells keenly in her chest, and she considers the kitchen's window; it's small, she's smaller, but what are her odds of lasting once she hits the ground outside? If she does do that, there's nothing stopping them from remaining in the room until she comes back.

When the door starts to swing, Saki moves instinctively. She gives it a hard shove the other way, back toward Visi, hoping to knock the child off balance. If it works, she'll be making a mad dash for her bedroom.

[ The knife is aimed true, plunging into Saki's back cleanly. Her face twists as she stumbles and falls, a pale touch lending itself to her skin almost immediately as blood flows freely. She wants to cry out, managing only a croaking rasp. The blood itches, it burns, her shirt feels so much heavier on her back than it did a moment ago.

She scrabbles to grip the carpet in her trembling fists and manages to drag herself a few inches further across the floor.
